yes. .net does have such thing for you, just like the applet in java, activex in vb6. u can just develop a normal window form control, then host it in ur web page. I have put quite some effort on this feature, but i realize it was quite troublesome. ur client
side will install .net framework. also, if ur application need some restricted namespace, like sql, ldap, client PC must change their configuration in order to browser ur web page. it is good for LAN project. or, after microsoft had successfully made every
