I'm developing a VB.net app using VisualStudio. I'm running everything on my local machine. I just got an error: The page cannot be displayed There are too many people accessing the Web site at this time. OK, clearly, there's only one person accessing the site at this time. But for some reason, IIS thinks there are 10 open connections. Why? I've quit all my browsers, to be sure that there weren't actually any open connections.
