If you're going to go up to ASP.NET, just importing the same files is not the best way to go. simple ASP pages will work with teh aspcompat directive, but anything above 'braindead' would benefit from a complete rewrite to take advantage of ASP.NET's numerous changes in data access. you could concievably use the current files as a 'base' for conversion, but it's more than just importing a bunchy of ASP scripts and expecting them to run striahgt off.... j
