Hello, I'm currently working on an email manager web application that sends out lots of emails. My client asked if I could implement a function that allows him to see who has read the emails. Does anyone know if this is possible and how it would be implemented? Ive seen this feature available in other email programs before, so I wonder how it works... I also know that in some email programs, when you read certain emails it prompts you saying that the sender of the email asked for confirmation that you read the email and if you click "ok" it sends them back and email to let them know you got it. Anyone have any ideas?? I'm a little confused on how to go about this...
