Hi,

it will atleast look simple.

1. creat a console application to pull the data from your database and send  the mail and whatever else you want

2. test and compile the application and create an .exe file.

3. go to the control panel - > scheduled tasks and - > add scheduled tasks and follow the wizard to schedule your exe for any schedule u want.
