I did add a few registration details, but I didn't add any steps in the CreateUserWizard.  It did require modifying the MemberInfo table and modifying the DataSet.xsd files to update the SELECT statements, etc.  I am able to access my remote SQL Server by using SQL Server Management Studio Express.
