    I can confirm two more failures -- same symptoms as others.

    Unable to locate application file 'BlinqSetup.msi'.

    See the setup log file located at 'C:\DOCUME~1\bill\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD2.tmp\install.log' for more information.

    Apologies- a pointer to the wrong link was posted.  This one should work.  I'll get the link on Sandbox fixed up today.  Please reply if you continue to have problems.
