    Hello All,

What are some of the difference between the Express version and Visual Studio Standard. I read something about being able to publish your site into a Dll with the standard version. Background would be great here.

    thanks  Bob

See the Visual Studio Product Line Overview chart.

    Ryan,

Thanks for the reply.  I am not exactly sure I understand the chart.   I have used Delphi 2006 in the past and it created a Dll file under the Bin folder for asp.net web pages.  Is this something that VWD Express can do?  Sorry this is all new to me.  thanks  Bob

You'll need the Web Application Projects add-in to generate an assembly. However, the WAP will not work with VWD Express.
