The ASP.NET samples is a Very Goodone for the same.

Also look out for starter kits.Just knowing FAQS is not enough , implementation is also important.

The most common interview questions on ASP.NET relate to session maintainence and cookies. The concept of codebehind files is also quite popular among interviewers.
