    Hello guys,

I would like to show an html-module to those registered users who are not subscribers of one of some roles (role1, role2, rol3, etc.). But registered users who subscribe one of these roles shouldn't be able to see that html-module.

In fact this is for telling the non subscribers that they do not have access to the major part of the site and that they have to renew their subscription to get access to it.

Thank you very much for any help!

    Regards,
    Fabian

    Hi Fabian,
You should check out Scott McCulloch's excellent "Subscription Tools" module.
I think it will be a perfect fit for you. Scott's been a long time supporter of DNN and his prices are very reasonable.

    From the module page:
    • Allows you to display targetted content at a specific role.
    • For example, DotNetNuke generically can't allow you to target a certain role with content, and then give other registered users other content.
    • This is how I achieve the "Join Today" section on the front page of this site. If I wasn't using this module, gold members would also receive "Join Today" because it's targetted at unauthenticated and registered users.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Fabian,

It sounds like Scott McCulloch's Subscription Tools (http://www.smcculloch.net/Modules/SubscriptionTools/tabid/230/Default.aspx) would do the job for you.

    Hi BarryAtHome, Hi Webender,

I tried it out. It's almost fitting my needs! A little problem is that it does not differentiate between unauthenticated and registered users, but that's ok.

    Thank you guys!

    Regards,
    Fabian
