I am new in Hosted Messaging and collaboration. We are going to deploy Consolidated Server Guide for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration 3.5.

Now we are calculating costs for this project. If anyone have any experience, help me in planning, please.  There is several questions:

1. What are roles of technical staff for this project? For example - network administrator, system administrator, database administrator, asp.net programmer, etc. How many individuals should be involved in this project first time? I talk only about technical staff. I assume that one individual can carry number of roles. We have highly-skilled MCSE’s.
2. What are workable hardware configurations for FE01, AD01, BE01, MPSSQL01, COLLAB01, ISA01?
3. What is amount of in and out traffic for average user in real world?

I understand that answers may vary depending on many factors. I hope to get very rough answers, for rough calculations.
