Added 2nd Portal... won't load. HTTP 404

    So... I decided to try adding an additional portal...

    My setup: DNN (3.2.2) with .Net 1.1 installed in /portal directory off of root (using GoDaddy). Is manual install, NOT the GoDaddy add-on (which is 3.0.13 version). Homepage is http://www.mydomain.com/portal/

    Did "Add Portal" function. Made portal alias www.mydomain.com/portal/testsite

    All I ever get is a 404 not found. I know I must be missing something simple. Can anyone point me in the right direction? A thread on here maybe? I can't be the first person having this problem. My searches must not be using the right keywords, so here's a new post.
