    hi all

    when i press the rss button or print button in the bottom of module the page looks like "refresh" and nothing hapened

    how can i resolve this problem?

    Turn off pop-up blocker in your browser to your site.

    Both rss and print button upon click will open a new browser window to display the content of that module.

    When you click on those button, your browser (or some other add-on) could be blocking the popup from executing.  You may have received a message from the browser stating that fact.  You will need to configure your browser to allow popup from your site.  You will need to inform all your users of this too.
