I upgraded from a clean install of DotNetnuke 4.0.1 to 4.0.2.  Both are the "source" installs.  I figured since there would only be minor changes that I could just xcopy the 4.0.2. zip file over the 4.0.1. install.  I rebuilt the solution and it worked fine, but now every few minutes I get the following message as if the site is trying to perform an upgrade.  Any ideas how to get the database and assembly back in sync?

I've found the answer.  I'd seen the solution many times before for 3.x:  just delete the dnn.config file.  In 4.x you need to delete the DotNetNuke.Install.config file.
