This is a suggestion for consideration by the DotNetNuke core team.
The suggestion is "Would you consider adding a [Super Store] module as part of the DotNetNuke core?
Here is what is might look like (written in Microsoft Framework 2.0)

Here is the basic concept:

Here is the advanced concept:
The basic concept could be improved upon with Microsoft oriented technologies in the following ways:
- Allow anyone to get referal fees who runs the DotNetNuke portal (which means charities or individual people who want to be in the business of refering people or encouraging small groups to collaborate and work together)
- Allow transaction splitting of referals fees (so if you get 10% for refering someone then perhaps you want part of that money to go to your business or small group / organization, part of it to go to your local church (like living water), and part of it to go to your favoriate health care organization (like St. Judes childrens hosptial). So it could be called transaction splitting or perhaps donation channelling if it is all going to charities)
- Allow a visual segregation of purchasing instruments (like mastercard, visa, discover and stores). This will make it a little easier to comprehend exactly who is being referred and how the referal happens. Either by way of the technology used to make the purchase or the store who is looking for marketing partners.
- Other improvements that could come from the DotNetNuke community by way of electronic surveys at www.DotNetNuke.com.
DotNetNuke already has a tremendously great core framework. So of course this would be like a suggestion for incremental improvement.
But by including a way to work together in everything we buy, or the instruments we use to buy things with, it will greate a DotNetNuke core framework that is sure to be both highly competitive and create a very compelling reason to switch A.S.A.P to DotNetNuke version 4 or above.
Thanks in advance for considering this idea !!!
