Can anyone help me with a problem I have come across concerning a skin for one of my clients.

The skin pack contains a set of containers and they each have the visibility token included within their design.

The client has turned the visibility off on some of the modules, in particular they have turned them off on a set of faq modules. The problem arises when a visitor clicks on one of the questions to reveal the answer. When they do the visibility icon appears. I'm not sure if this is a skin or dnn install bug, I've not seen this before, does anyone have any ideas?
