  I dont know whether this feature has been mentioned in earlier posts or not,
  but if implemented ...Would be a GREAT help .  :)

  Smart, auto-complete dropdown lists would go a long way towards bringing web-apps up to the user-friendliness of desktop apps.

  just contacted Scott Guthrie about this:

  Unfortunately we don’t have a ComboBox in the AJAX Control Toolkit just yet.  Shawn – do you know if there are any plans to support one soon?
