Why would you like to use Unix /PHP based billing software on your windows server? As you guys probbaly know mixing unix and windows brings only headakes.
In my opinion the best way to run a stable windows hosting business is to NOT install ANY unix based apps etc.

That's a very narrow minded approach. In the real business world, platforms and solutions should be decided upon based upon if they fill the need of the business problem -- NOT what language they're written in or who the manufacture is.
For ISPs, I have used Optigold ISP which uses FileMaker Pro as the database. Other than that, we're using Quicken 2005 for billing, PayPal for online payment processing, and Excel for creating my invoices (only because I can configure the layout to how
I want it to be with color). Hope this helps.
