I am getting this error everytime it is the first time I navigate to a site and choose to edit any item that uses FTB . It does not happen after clicking again on the item I want to edit. For example this happens with the Core Forum, Announcements and HTML modules.

Here's what comes up in the EventLog. (real names altered to protect the innocent)

It looks like ftb cannot find it's language files.
Are all ftb files present in the \Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider\ftb3 directory ?

The problem is from the locale (es-BO) I am using. Since I configured the portal for that language pack, FTB must be looking somewhere for the same language file. In the meantime I have simply copied the es-ES and added an entry to the XML Languages file. I will report back if this solves the problem.

    Hi,

Just going to reply back to this - I had same issue.  The first time I ran DNN I would get the error, the second time I would be fine.

    I followed the above:-

Went to the \Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider\ftb3\Languages directory in my DNN 3 install and found that I didn't have an en-AU.xml file.

Copied the en-US.xml and renamed it en-AU.xml.

Retried to produce the error, and it was resolved, so above works.

    Thanks!!!

Thanks for a very handy topic :)
