Right now. I am struggling with WORM. Persistance is simple, but working with aggregation and object tracking is pretty hard. It doesn't work as simple as the examples show you. Also the examples don't appear to have been updated since it was started.
You'll have to ask questions some questions on my forum if you're having problems, or send me an email if you prefer. I try to help everyone, as time permits, for while I do believe its one of the simplest in most cases, there is always a learning curve.
As for the examples, the original "Demo" app has mostly stayed the same, as it aims to be the simplest example, but it was updated to include a few new things in just the last few versions, not to mention I created a .NET v2.0 "Demo2005". I also created another
example named "Example" when v4.0 was released which somed inheritance, and I updated it to include lookups and more since then, and again I also created a .NET v2.0 "Example2005". And then of course I also recently created the biggest example of them all
-- my WilsonWebPortal uses the ORMapper extensively and is a major real application, not just a sample. But in the end I believe that the best O/R Mapper for an individual or team is quite often a personal stylistic choice, so its entirely possible my ORMapper
is not for you -- but don't hesitate posting on my forum or sending me an email if you just need help.
