  3 Tier?

  How exactly is this example Commerce Starter Kit built in a 3 tier fashion? It looks to me to be built more in a 2 tier fashion. Maybe I am misunderstanding what I am seeing.

  It is in 3 tier fashion. If you look at one folder "DAL" that contributes to the third tier.
