    Hello

I am a new user/installer of DotNetNuke, so apologies if  I am doing something dumb.

I have installed DNN, it went fine with no errors.

But at the moment if an user tries to log in and gets their password wrong, I get the following message. - "An unhandled error has occurred" - in the toolbar line it has the text. - http://www.artisan-food.com/DotNetNuke/Default.aspx?tabid=36&error=Specified+cast+is+not+valid.

(In another portal I have hosted by GoDaddy if a user enters a wrong password, they get an error "triangle" with a message and then they  have to  re-enter the data)

Any help would be appreciated because most of the other parts of DNN seem to be working ok.

    Thanks - Martin

What version of DNN are you using.  This sounds like an issue that was reported and fixed already.  It could be the one that is giving you the error is an older version than the one on Godaddy.

The latest, 3.0.13. The only possible variation to a fully "standard" new installation was that I have installed it on server that is shared by others. On the server there can only be one SQL database called "DotNetNuke", so I have called mine "Artisanfood". I am able to sucessfully connect, setup users, set up pages etc, run and access the site, is just this error handling that is a problem. Any thoughts......
