it's after i upload it but there can't be a problem with the host where i upload it (if you mean i have to see there for the folder and root folders) cuz i made a normal site without a starter kit (but also withouth databases) and that i can upload
Is the site in a folder called Club Web Site Starter Kit1? open your site in ftp and verify its location.
If so is that folder set to .net 2.0 application, also try uploading it to a folder without spaces Club_Web_Site1. Not sure on this but its worth a try.
well i downloaded it again but now through the aspspider site and now it's working but i have to change the layout again now but it seems to be working now

Is this problem on your local machine or after you upload it to a web server?
If on a Web Server make sure the application folder and/or root folders are set to .net 2.0
