I've just gotten DDN 3.0's Forum Blog installed and running. (YAY)

As an admin I can create and reply to my own forum threads, but when I create a normal user (not an admin) they have NO options / buttons to choose to reply or post a new thread or any other kind of action. What gives?

I cant find any settings in the Forum/Blog's configuration/setup etc that will allow a user to post?

Browser : IE6, SP1, Web server W2KPro SP4, SQL Server 2000 SP3, Language/timezone default. DNN : DotNetNuke_3.0.12 Forum Blog : ForumBlogPA_03.00.11

Here are things to check:

Form/Blog Module

On the module settings page for the forum module be sure to check the correct permission for the module. The registered users must have edit permissions.

I have this same problem on the Gallery Module, but when I select the correct permissions (Edit Module) it still does not work. Has anyone got that working?
