I want to know where in code the part that is responsible for creating the voting poll control on the desired page.
For example: adding a new poll, activating it and specifying that it will appear on the home page, I want to know where in code that makes this poll appears, that checks that a poll needs to be displayed on that specific page.

there is no inbuilt such control u have to create control of your own. you can do tht in asp.net
