    gacutil is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

    Does anyone have a solution to this error. I already set the correct path for the framework in the system properties.

    You get GACUTIL by installing the .NET SDK. It is not installed by default.

    Im trying to do this command."gacutil.exe /l adodb" but not succesful. Error  msg "Falure initializing gacutil. What is it it means? I more think is If i already have .net 2.0. Is it I have to install also 1.0 version to use the gacutil application.

    You might try running gacutil from a Visual Studio command prompt, if you haven't already (look under Visual Studio Tools in the start menu).
