Hey, I have an idea.  Why not someone change Windows XP so that it ignores the ASP.net Account when determining if the Welcome screen should be displayed.  Everyone seems to agree that the account is unusable by a real person, so why the should it treated as if it is? Surely that's better than billions of users all having to scratch their heads, search forums, and delete useless accounts.  Maybe that's too obvious.
