Does anyone know of any available walkthroughs or tutorials that explain building solutions for Sharepoint. Preferably ones that talk of or cover building a custom document management system.

I don't know how many tutorials are here, but try Eli R's blog which has a lot of references.

Thank you guys for the replies. Basically what I need is are samples of how I can extend the Windows SharePoint Services Framework to build custom classes that will handle a document management system for a larger application that we are developing.
