this is driving me nuts now...

I've been using vs.net 2003 for months, then last week i had to format and reinstall. now after installling vs whenever i try to build an asp.net project i get the error: "could not instantiate resource processor" once for each resx file in the application.

i've removed and reinstalled vs, run aspnet_regiis, and done everything else i can think of, alas the problem has not gone away.

any ideas?

Posssibly related to Regional Language settings. If the default language settings are different from the .Net installation, it could possibly result in this compilation error.
