    Hello,

I think I posted a question in the wrong forum which you can find here

Does ASP.NET or ASP.NET "Whidbey" allow you to use Sharepoint web parts in an ASP.NET page? Or possibly provide you with some sort of container to allow you to do this?

Or am I stuck re-writing the web parts?

You must have Sharepoint installed to use WebParts created for Sharepoint. The next version of Sharepoint will be built with "Whidbey". But with the version of Sharepoint that exists know, you can't use Sharepoint Webparts without having Sharepoint installed. So you have to re-write your webparts if you want them to work for the WebPart framework shipped with "Whidbey".
