    I am trying to figure out 'when' and 'where' is the method 'CreateChildControls( )' of base class 'SkinnedCommunityControl' called? By 'when' I mean at what points of time during a user's session of this application. I am trying to figure this out so that I can understand CSK well enough to customize it.
    The architecture document doesn't explain this.
