Hello, Is it possible to setup a virtual site URL which point to my site on the server? For example, I have a site using this URL http://www.mycom.com/project1/index.aspx, is it possible to use another URL like http://www.project.xxx to point to my previous
site?? Thanks a lot for any help!!
I knew it's not easy to solve this problem. I have many web applications on my server, for example, I have the following URLs for 3 projects http://www.mycom.com/clientA (for Client A) http://www.mycom.com/clientB (for Client B) http://www.mycom.com/clientC
(for Client C) Can I use the following URLs(shorter and hide my company's domain name) which point to the above web site respectively? http://www.clientA-project.com http://www.clientB-project.com http://www.clientC-project.com
Sure -- assuming you own those domains and can create multiple websites. Each website you create can be a different domain pointing to different folder.
