I would use "The candidate" or "The ideal person" rather than "You" because it may not actually apply to the reader and sounds kind of commanding. Also I would say "gathering requirements" rather than "requirements gathering." It's a little wordy too, I always
try to say what I need directly in the least amount of words but that's just my friendly suggestions! It's good and detailed!
Hello, Per your request - just some notes. 1. "You will have extensive knowledge ..." - why future? It seems candidate SHOULD have this already! 2. "2+ years of ASP NET" - it's quite a strict requirement. ASP.NET is really young. 3. "This will include development
languages other..." - again, why "will"? And, more important, great C++ or Java experience is MUCH MORE usefull then Basic or Cobol one. It should be specially noted. 4. Visual Source Safe is not the only SCC system, not the best, and quite simple one. You
can learn it well in a week. 5. Your did forget to mention OO background. I think, it's a MUST. 6. The same about team development experience, automated technologies and so on. 7. You should say more about yourself. Why should candidates trust you and spend
their time with you? What will they have? And much more.. Mainly - male it simpler and get "will"s away :-) Thank you for a challenge!
