Everytime I make a post, I get an email. How do I turn that off?

I'm not talking about the email checkbox for people that respond to a post. I'm talking about after posting a normal message like this, I'll get an email saying it was posted.

Please advise.

That e-mail just notifies you letting you know that your message was approved by a moderator. You can't really turn that off. You can post that as a possible *future feature* in the ASP.NET Forums Feature Request Forum (view forum 42).
