Is there a way to change the language in programming...

Like some function to change from english to spanish in the code. I have an external user DB with a language field and I will like to change it in the DesktopDefault.aspx.

Hi,

I have a requirement for converting a Spanish site to English. There are several aspx pages which have all the declarations done in Spanish with only the syntax's in English.The GUI is also in Spanish,i.e. the buttons have names in Spanish and the hyperlinks too.Could you give me an idea that will help me do the conversion, instead of re-writing the whole thing in English.
