If you don't get any error while uploading then try to do a full browser refresh (ctrl + f5) to update the cache. Also note that it could take a few hours to see an updated avatar appear on the website.
If you're getting error upon uploading then make sure that your image is smaller than 4 meg. If you have a large image then it's a good idea to resize it to 59x59 size before you upload.

I have added in my pitchure in this site.But its not working . I was enabled in avatar .But not working .
