I know I am asking a lot & dont expect a definitive answer however I nedd to make a decisios wnere i move all of our customers websites & a few apps in the next week or so.
Websites is the easiest answer however its still in Preview.
I am also wondering what will happen during the transition? will any existing websites just be converted to the commercial/production environment.
High availability is our number one priority.
Thanks in advance

the Azure team hasn't released a roadmap (they don't release roadmaps for preview features). The reason is that they will make it available when they think it is ready for production usage. Also, there are no details what will happen with existing web sites
during the transition. Just wait for announcements on the Windows Azure team blog -

Whilst its no ones fault & just a timing issue, I am a little frustrated.
We could use websites & complete a transition of 20 sites in about an hour.
Im still trying to work out how to do it in Cloud Services (with DNN Accelerator)
with a view that ultimately all of sites will go websites once it becomes live...
