Currently we use an automated script to pickup from the drop folder location and deploy our website. We would like to change to MSDeploy and also use transforms.
For several reasons it appears that we will need to generate a new build for each of our environments. What am I missing? How can I cause TFS to drop each of the transforms in the drop location and then have msdeploy do the transform? This seems like
the obvious way to do it, but I cant find it.

You should ask this question in a TFS forum: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/tfsgeneral/threads

I am mostly interested in the MSDeploy side of the question.

Thank you,
Should I repost it to MSDeploy, or do you want to (and are able to) move it?

You'll need to repost. That's a separate site. It shares the same membership as this one but we can't migrate posts between them.
