There is typically a small delay for points to be updated (however it can sometimes take several minutes). Points can often be cached I have found as well, so they might not always reflect the proper value.
I'm don't believe there is a method of finding out which question unmarked answers come from though.
It depends upon the Original Poster of the thread first.. He can mark or unmark the posts as answer as per his will.. However if the Original Poster do not mark any post as answer then the Microsoft Employees [with the tag MSFT below their avatar] mark the
most relevant post as the answer of that thread so that the issue get closed.. However if the Original Poster of the thread wants can unmark the answer any time expecting more appropriate answer...

There is no sure shot way to find that.. You have to go through every post you have answered in the past.. If something changes in a thread.. The display of the thread changed to bold... You have to go through the threads which are bold in your My Threads
Section.
forums.asp.net is a Microsoft website; at least one Microsoft forum website identifies who marked an answer ... it's not always the O.P. (original poster) who marks/unmarks an answer.
Some people, myself included, would like to receive notifications when questions are marked/unmarked ... personally, i think this would be useful but others disagree ...
i suspect that quite a few members might have to request this feature for it to be implemented by NeuDesic (the company that manages forums.asp.net for Microsoft).

We are now exposing post history to the public, which includes who marked and unmarked a post as an answer. We may send email notifications in the future, but for the time being you will be able to see the audit history at least.

notification has been discussed many times in feedback; i've been the O.P. myself, for example:
2009 --please notify us when answers get unmarked
2011 --feature suggestion: optional alerts for threads marked as answer for...
