I need to migrate a running asp.net2.0 website from windows server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 m/c. That means IIS changing from 6.0 to IIS 7.
What is the right way to do it? Using web deployment tool to migrate(Never used it before)? Or do it manually by copying the website and configuring manually ?

You can copy and configure manualy.
Use deployment tool to syncronize your project from your pc to server

Hi MS_Techie,
You need to copy all your files manually.
