Actually I want to create web site in ASP.Net 4.0, so I require some sample site in .net 4.0.
If you have worked with previous versions of .NET before and you know the basics on how stuff works then you can just look for the new features added to 4.0 or higher versions and start building your website from there. 4.0 added again some extra powerful
controls and enhancements including ASP.NET MVC, better Mobile support, jQuery and HTML5 integration.

MVC Music Store can be download in CodePlex here: http://mvcmusicstore.codeplex.com/ and that is already built on ASP.NET 4.0.
