I am working on a e-commerce site in which want to integrate some payment gateway .
Please suggest me some Indian Payment gateway and procedure for the same.
IT depends while choosing gateways. its like when there is a name of some brand it will cost higher per transaction let say 10$ per transaction , so paypal and authorize.net are the most older and the most used gateways.
If you go for your local payment provider there is alwasy a risk factor , because local customer (gateways) delays issues , not responds properly and accurately , fraud dealing etc these issues arises and local payment gateway providers are slower in response.
Know it upto you , you have to convence them .
You can choose google checkout too its very easy to install and apply.

My client is indian he expect only local customer is that good to use PayPal
