Hi,
Do you have a manual or procedure to perform an upgrade website framwork 3.5 to 4.5?

Hi ericadezp,
Make sure that you have installed .net 4 on the server and change your code to asp.net 4.

4.5 is just an in-place upgrade of 4.0, so you can use this document that covers upgrading from 3.5 to 4.0:
