My project is , I need to access xml file file from several places . It should upload from Desktop PC(my self) and same file can download from Tablet,PC, Ipod etc in several places in the world(Client).
That is My requirement .
Im beginner for it and i dont no about Azure.
I thought i can upload it to some where in cloud and client can access it through webservices .
