I am not a moderator but I guess your friend Ramesh Rajendran has been creating multiple accounts continuously over a period..
However the reason of the account deactivation could be one of the following:
1> Upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of
privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent to do the same.
Reason: He has used Microsoft ASP.Net Offical Logo as his profile Picture which is a Copyright Image....
2>Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
Reason: He has been creating multiple accounts with different names continuously...
it seems your "friend", even after having been notified on multiple occasions via mail, seems to go back to the old habbits of creating new accounts and falls into the habbit of injecting plagiarized material. Each time we get to hear he'll promise to behave
but each time unfortunately we see this person fall into old undesired habbits.

What is a logic?
As stated before: play nice and honest and we're buddies. Behave badly and then it's a 3 strikes you're out. We don't take down accounts that easily and communicate directly to spare the person the embarrasement of being publicly nailed down which is not
our intention. Of course when it comes to an account which was clearly set up to spread spam that goes down immediately without saying to prevent these forums to turn into a pit of trash.

i angry !!!
Simply tell your friend to behave and follow standard etiquette and he'll be ok and nobody has to become angry.

that he is said in her old account is deleted for some her bleddy posts and stupid thinking. but her was now changed and her post and answers is good .So my question is why you look old posts and behaviour .Look now , how is her behaviours only.old is
waist.that was finished. but this new account post and behaviour is not bad. So how do you delete the new account?
Please watch current account behaviour, not watch old behaviour .
if you got any wrong behaviour ,then please tell me.I think now he was gave good posts.
and this forum many user account was deleted and recreated .but u not delete us.But u delete ramesh rajendran account only. ??
i want reactivate that new account. if that he going any wrong in this new account ,then you delete the new account. But uu dont delete the new account for old behaviour.
Please watch current account behaviour, not watch old behaviour .
That's what we do and we allow everyone a decent chance to change for the better and hopefully stimulate that person to change the attitude over time for the better.
We take down accounts when we see things going out of control as I stated before and don't specifically target someone. If a person decides to behave better with a new account then it's good for everyone. Falling into the same old behavior however is unwanted
and we don't resurrect such accounts.

behaviour is behaviour, Should not change.
I am not agree with you on this point.
Because he misbehaves or break the forum policies.
Only Moderator or Nudestic's can do it..
I am strictly apposing duplicate accounts or duplicate posts.
