I need a very simple payslip application in C#/ASP.NET.
Modules:
Administrator Module
Employee (Users) Module
Administrator Module
The following features should be included in the administrator module.
Administrator should be able to:
Add/update/delete user (employee) login accounts from their control panel
Update his/her password
Upload previous month’s payslip data of all employees into SQL Server using an Excel (.XLS or .XLSX) file
Encrypt the payslip data in SQL Server using a desired password (When someone opens the payslip table in SQL server, the contents on the columns should be encrypted) The encryption should be done on-the-fly when the administrator uploads the payslip
using the Excel file.
View individual payslips of every employee for a given month
Change the header image of the payslip dynamically (I will be using any one of the four header logos based on employees )
Preview and Print the payslips in batch
View details about employee’s login log (last login, ip address, accessed pages, and browser detail)
Export payslip data into Excel for a given period for selected employee(s) or for all.

General Considerations:
Application should be in ASP.NET/C# with MS SQL Server 2008 R2 as backend
No custom, third-party controls should be used
All the Payslip table’s contents should be encrypted using SHA1 or by a higher level encryption method
User accounts should be locked after 5 unsuccessful logins
Password recovery option through email
Login data should also be encrypted in SQL Server
If the administrator tries to upload the payslip data more than once for a particular month, the system should not allow him/her to do that. Checking for duplicate records in database should be done on-the-fly

I have successfully done many projects on ASP.NET, I am a 3.5 years experience in .NET technologies.
I can do this above task in 2 months time and my charges wil be approximately 75,000/- (can be negotiated)
All the norms will be followed as will be discussed later mutually.
