i developed website and its working perfectly but problem is that when i open it in MOBILE's browser than it looks Rough or say it doesn't look good, so i heard about an option "Mobile view" like when yu open google on mobile device then it asks you that
whether to open in MOBILE VIEW or CLASSICAL DESKTOP view ,
so how to setup my project for mobile view, after i have complted my whole project

If it were me, I would make a copy of your style sheet, and do as many changes in there as possible. Style sheets are "media aware"
This assumes your mobile stylesheet is named mobile.css.
You can include both your mobile and your main stylesheets together in the same document, the browser will figure out which one to use.
