I was wondering if someone could help me with this. I have built a website for my client
www.christianlingua.com. Now on the Home page, there are waving flags as animated gifs.
But my client complains that sometimes one or two stop waving! I couldn't figure out the problem.

OK! I got the problem. It's because of an IE glitch!
