You could have a try separate AdventureWorksLT2008R2 database from Microsoft server management studio, and then attach AdventureWorksLT2008R2 database to Microsoft server management studio again.
Please check whether it works.

I save it at another fold and attach to it again. it works well.

I think you could try install Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Express Editions with SP1(http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=20682), and check whether it is helpful to fix this issue.
