Thanks for your sufficient explanation, So becouse this operation is complecated how can I convert my site just to https can I do with free web host or I need to use special host???
This link for my site:
http://svs.somee.com/ I need to be https://svs.somee.com/ what I need to do that
somee.com isn't advertising what the SSL will cost, For starters, you will need your own domain name, registration is about $10 USD per year. Once you have that, you will need one of their paid-for
hosting packages. Then to get yourself the SSL stuff, contact their support department for pricing and assistance getting the
SSL Cert installed.

It looks doable but to be honest, I've never done it this way before. Take a look at this article: http://www.activexperts.com/network-component/howto/ssh/aspnetc/

The component I have mentioned does have quite the pricetag attached but I figure it is worth noting anyway.
